No Trouble Returns Policy
We guarantee all unused or defective merchandise for 7 days from the receipt of shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any unused or defective merchandise, for a prompt refund or exchange; except custom made items.
Procedure
You can return for refund items sold by TheHandbagStudio within 7 days from the receipt of shipment. All items must be in the condition you received them with all hang tags attached and in the original box.
Raviani handbags are custom made to order and are non refundable, however if your Raviani handbag arrives damaged or is defective, you may return it for an exchange within the 7 day period. Simply contact us at contact@thehandbagstudio.com for assistance exchanging or returning your item.
TheHandbagStudio will credit you for the price of the bag and any taxes. This credit will not include any original shipping charges. Your credit will be processed once we receive and process your returned item(s).
Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on your statement. Please allow a billing cycle for the refund to appear.
